Grow Room or Grow Tent?

So, heres my delima. I have my girls in a 2x4 tent atm. The tent is inside a 12x8 room that is climate controlled… im noticing my temps inside the tent are higher than outside the tent. Ive left the side of the tent open and have 2 fans circulating air. So, heres my question… do away with the tent and just hang the light in the room or leave em in a tent and keep going the way im going? I have a HLG which is not being used atm ( waiting for autos to get here in the next few days) and the kight thats on the plants is a VS2000… i do have the inline filter and vent , but i was thinking i could just utilize that in the room and exhaust everything through the wall into an ( open area ) thoughts and opinions ?

Use all of the room if you can keep it dark for flowering.

@LateNightGardner i will have no issues keeping it dark for flowering. Should i hang both lights and keep the autos and photos together ?

Until you want the photos to finish.
You could stagger your start dates.
Or maybe start a couple photos and couple autos. At six weeks clone the photo you like best. Run your clones, autos and mom photos for eight weeks and your autos should be in flower. Cut your lights back to 13x11. If you can start some deep red 30 minutes before and 15 after lights out.

Maybe add some UVA for flower time.

@LateNightGardner my photos are only 3 weeks in… i think i can get the autos and photos to flower at the same time. Just have to let the photos veg for a little bit longer…

@Vtbudz yea, that was just a temporary thing. I have a 3 in PVC pipe going through the wall i had left over from a dryer vent install… i shortened it… path of least resistance. I also added the HLG this morning so monitoring to make sure they arent too low… still have to seal corners, but hopefully i can control temps better like this
