Just pulled out another 12 and a half ozās outta cannatrol. Add that to first batch makes 27 and a half ozās. With this final that Iām cutting down now will make well into the over 2 pounds milestone . Pretty damned stoked for a first grow with 1 nice light . Yeeehhhhaaaww

Ok just got off phone with Ed. He said he never had anyone ask about the sponge . Said that alcohol should kill any potential bacteria or anything . So I guess just douse it with alcohol and rinse off well should be fine .
About storage is concerned he said we do not have to put into any containers. That he recently just tested some flower that was left directly on shelves for 2 years . The storage containers is more so for organization and that they recommend it to be jars or paper bags with lids open if you choose to . 
Then I also told him about me accidentally overloading it and pulling 15 dried oz out. His response is the fan will start to freeze up if you overload it. But I didnāt have any sign of thar issue so I may have overloaded it but not so much that it created any issues . So now you know that you donāt have to be to concerned about being precise with that . Iāve already tested that out for ya. can put a bit more but just donāt push it to far .
I basically filled it to the point where the buds may have had some parts that was slightly touching other buds but not like squeezed in together or stacked on top of each other type of thing .

Rite on. Thanks for the extra info. My autos, just like my last grow of banana kush photos, have gone past the breeders average flower time. Still plenty of clear trikes, and buds continue to fatten. Have had to stake some branches off to keep them from collapsing. So im letting them carry on, and the cool cure remains idle. Have a merry xmas!

Cool yeah man no problem.
Looking good and yeah let them fatten up more . Depending on exactly how much you have you may have to stagger and run a couple or more dry cycles so I wouldnāt wait too long before loading first run . ( If you have allot) . Definitely would wait till good and cloudy though .

Okay my fellow smokies . Just finished last run of dry cycle and threw previous cycles in to all further cure together . Cure indefinitely untill a need to take out. Here is cannatrol with 2 pounds of dry and curing bud.

The way it processes in dry and cure kinda seals the terpenes in so the smell isnāt like you may imagine . Untill you break and or grind it up anyway. So in a way you do loose that upfront smell appeal that we all love , but by doing so your saving your terpenes from escaping . Kinda been a curve to learn explaining that to people. Before you get it out of your mouth the very first thing people do is put it to their nose. But then after explaining it makes sense , but certainly after smoking they understand

I havenāt , just spoke with them about a week or so ago. I mentioned it and I was told that they are in the middle of trying to make it into links instead of codes. Recommended that I reapply around the ending of January. But if your interested in grabbing one let me know and Iāll give you the code I used for 50 off.

Also I am trying to get my own code/link with them . Iām not sone YouTube hotshot or whatever so it would be helpful and appreciated if you mentioned about me and this forum .
As far as this forum goes it has been invaluable for helping me . Thereās tons of topics and all kinds of help here . I just wrapped up my first ever grow . Yielded about 2 and 3/4 pounds of nice bud that tested up to 24 percent for one of my strains and the other not far behind it . I owe a good chunk of credit to those in this forum for that .

Took it down to local hydro store and they have a little tester there. Typically charge 20 but Iām there all the time so they was kind enough to do it without charging me.
