OK guys, I started this post so we could get everyone on the same page and not miss anything. I am going to be building the second DryDoc dry/cure machine this Saturday, posting lots of pics and details on everything I do to convert the wine cooler to a drying and curing machine. Several of you are already ordering the supplies to build yourself one with me. Feel free to ask any questions you have before we start, I’ll set to tracking so I can check replies and questions.
Set to watch
And bookmarked
Yeah I’m gonna go ahead and pull up a chair and observe. Looking forward to this!!!
That’s very cool of you Doc!
This thing works so well and cuts the cure time while preserving terps and flavor as it stays at 68 degrees or under. I’ve been playing with the settings on mine this round and will post up the settings to have buds dead on 60% in jars from the day you jar it! Glad to share with others and help them have cool toys for cooler prices.

I have two wine coolers that I purchased 10 years ago and never unpacked them. This may be a way to put them to use. I will watch with interest.
