Hopefully I’m not the only one that’s experienced this. The zipper on the ACI tent has separated near the end of full travel of the track. Hope it’s warrantied but alas, it’s Sunday. Any fixes you’ve discovered?
Had a similar thing happen to my BudBox tent. While I waited for the replacement, I safety pinned the thing shut in a few places then taped with Gaffers tape. I only could access from the sides.
Once I got the replacement tent, I had a parachute rigger put a new zipper on the old one…so now I have two.

it’s a pretty simple fix. just need scissors and needle / thread. my tent did this same and I managed to fix it.

I had a problem with tent zipper. Took pen and separated problem area of buggered zipper and rezipped it. My problem was like a tooth was skipped. Don’t know if that applies to you or not. There is 2 zippers for each panel access on my tent.
That’s exactly what happened with my tent. Not sure how it happened - maybe the wife, who is simply fascinated about this, was checking out the girls and it happened. I don’t recall it happening but I could have been three sheets to the wind. Anyway, needle nose pliers and some grunt, and I got past the two spots that were buggered up. Then It zipped right up.
