Just a heating suggestion. My best results come from passive oil radiators. No moving parts. Less draw from the wall. No fire hazards. After they get warm natural air movement from heat circulates air. Then if still low vent directly to room with SHORT vent pipes. Also exhaust fan can be on low no problem with good circulating fan in tent. Air exchange does not need to be super strong if good air movement inside tent. Even at low an exhaust fan will fully replace entire tent air in less than 1-2 minutes.
