This time a new try, with photos, arround 4 weeks and still this small.
300+ PPFD
Inert mediun 50/50
Watering every 3 days~ and I start feeding with organic nutes (biobizz)
RH arround 50% and I have an humidifier but Im not sure if its healthy to let it running with tap water or if it can hurt the small seedlings, small space tho…
@Pek I would let them dry out real good before water they look over watered no don’t start over they will come out of it. You said soil 50/50 what are they
Keep them and agree with @Reed71. Good thing is you have time to get them on track with them being photo periods and you controlling how long the veg period will be
Hey boss! How´re you!? Thank you again, Im kind of desperate because its 30 days already and they look small, I saw some guys that transplant it with 10…15 days …
Yep, the toughest part of the grow is the seedling period. They seem to be be struggling putting down roots, that medium looks pretty dense and if overwatered a little could stall the root growth reflecting on the growth above. Personally I would treat them like they just broke ground, temps at 76-82, RH 65-75% and a DLI of around 20. I would even dome them if RH is a problem. A shot glass or 2 every 3rd day or so after the medium dries out. Great thing is their photo periods and very capable of recovering and flourishing
Hummm, they passed really bad times with temperature, arround 16C in the first week (during night) and arround 20 with lights on. I have an humidifier outside the tent but im afraid to turn on this with tap water cause of the chlorine, should I turn it on to keep high humidity levels?
The DLI is arround 21 (photone and tent buddy app), 18/6 cycle. I´ve dimmered down the exaust to keep the temperature arround 23C but the RH is on of the problems here as the overwatering…
Do ultrassonics humidifier hurts the seedlings? My tent is very small and those foggy stay all over the place sometimes… The medium is very light, not so dense, its EC 0,1 and inert
Are you saying that medium is free of nutrients? If so they could use a feeding. I wouldn’t worry about the humidifier and tap water at the moment, RH and temps are more important
Hey, as said, Im here after 5 days without any watering, they seems to have some (but small) improvement! Its too cold (20 C lights on) and there still moisture in the soil so Im wondering wait some more days to water.
The proble now is some brown spots in the “big” one, as you can see in the picture, What could it be? Next water, should I keep feed (small amount of organic nitrogen and calm mag) ou only plain water? Maybe a bit of potassium?
Is still any hope for these small seedlings? ~1 month since they´ve sprouted.
I made another noob mistake (sure, I do it all the time ) and I decided to try a organic mix medium and germinate another photo! All ok untill I planted not deep enought and decided to remove the shell this morning, and acidentally, I almost pull all the seedling stem off the soil and the baby stop growing ( the pot in the middle), after that, I put some more medium wondering to recovery it, is there any hope? no chances? any chances? Im very fool. Im very anxious
