Seedling mix with perlite pumice and vermiculite. Only given water until yesterday. 100w t5 seedlimg light (will be going under 2x 450w (true watts) leds this week at 25%.
They are a month old(4 weeks 2 days). They are all about 1.5 - 2.5 inches tall. I believe they were overwatered, because the pots stayed wet for almost a week. I obviously overwatered them. Over the past week I let them dry out then gave 120mls of a very mild 2 part veg feed per seedling, with a tiny amount of calmag. Ph 6.5.
Do I have more going on than just overwatering? They look weak and sickly. I will be more precise and caring with my watering practices, but I still feel like something else is going on.
I’ve had two successful grows so far. I’ve never had problems so early on. Please help!!
i use the same sort of setup…12 cm plastic pots, i water 50 ml once the pots are really light, water along the outside edge of the pots…that is until the plants grow bigger…i will up the water to 100 ml and check the plants for telltale signs, all the while feeling the weight of the pot.
i dont use that much light in the seedling stage, honestly you can still get away with some 40 to 50 watt cfl lights…
Honestly I don’t think they look that bad, they have some stretch but they look like they’re making it otherwise
Not yellow and no weird leaves
As long as you get your watering habits under control (and I’d look at either lowering your light or raising its intensity) I’d say you’re off to the races
They do look ok but small for 4 weeks . Maybe lighting to far from plants . More info will help in diagnostic . COPY/PASTE the below list into your forum post.

I agree that your plants don’t look unhealthy, but they are small for being a month old. How far above them is your light? May just be poor light intensity.
Yea this is my first time using this light. I bought it because its a great size for my seedling tent and the heat output is minimal. But last night I set up my main tent (8x4) and a proper light @ 30% power(Helios 450x new zealand made, probably never heard of it but they’re reputable) so hopefully when I get home from work today they are looking a little better.
By the way the light, 4x 24w t5 tubes, was about 8 inches away… the height was based on getting my temps right… I don’t think I’ll be using it again
