You need to decide if you have enough height for your plants to stretch. They can double in height after you flip to 12-12. It’s best to take pictures of your plants with white light. Happy growing

Looks like you are going to have a full tent. You can flip at any time. The plants can nearly double in volume after the flip to 12/12. Good Luck

Thank you guys, i adjusted the light timer this morning! Do they look short to you size wise? I grew from seed that was planted April 1st and i feel like i had a rockie start figuring out rookie mistakes

No, they look good.
They will really stretch out the first couple weeks of flower. You are gonna have a packed tent soon. Make sure you have good airflow.
