I was wondering if their ready to be flipped to flower and if so any suggestions on how to do it other then just changing to 12/12 or easing them into a 12/12

I’d flip them sooner than later if that’s the space you have to deal with. You can go straight to 12/12

Their around 15 inches and in a 4x4x80

When you account for them doubling or tripling in size you can see where the space may get pretty tight.

Ladies are looking great. 
I’d flip to 12/12 like @BobbyDigital said. You are going to have a full tent and may be a tad tough to get to them to give them their lovin’. Have fun.

Are you doing any trim activity? I would trim, delay flowering transition 2-3 weeks, while plants recover from trim activity and enjoy a feeding after visiting the salon.
Just one or two here and there to unblock bud sites

Plants look great , yes If you flip now you’re going to end up with Nice size plants and not overcrowd your tent I would go for it.
