First grow GDP Autoflower last feeding question

Hi, im a couple of days into week8 of an indoor GDP auto grow using coco. I last feed at week6. should i feed again at week9 or just water for the next 2 weeks? From today:

I would continue to feed you still have several weeks to go. Also 3 weeks is a long time to go between feeding.

Thanks!

You still have several weeks to go. Like @kellydans stated 3 weeks between feedings is a long time. Most nutrient lines require weekly feedings, minimum. What nutes are you using?

Pre-flower stage wormcasting/Gaia green 284&444
Flower stage (@week6) topcoated with Wormcastings/Gaia green 284

Overall your plants look good , I have no experience with the product you’re using will tag in a couple more members. @merlin44 @OGIncognito

Thanks!..its been a bumpy 8 weeks! my first 2 plants didn’t make it. This one seems to be cranking along! I dont want to screw it up now!

I don’t know the product you are using either but as @Borderryan22 says, 3 weeks between feedings is really long. Especially in coco. I am a soil (FFOF) grower and feed at least once each week and sometimes twice.

I use worm castings and also super worm frass but nether one has much PK value. I would Consider looking at a good Bloom nute. You’re at the right place lots of growers here willing to help . :v::+1:

Plants are looking good, and m not familiar with that nutrient line but like @kellydans stated a little more PK is needed during this flowering stage. Definitely feed daily in coco and always to run off. Are you sampling the run run off?

No. haven’t sampled the runoff. I’m using a woven 5gal pot and have been watering approx 1gal of water every other day. i water until there is a slight runoff and the pot exterior is moist. Then i add about 16oz of water to the bottom saucer. I water when the top of the coco looks dry. I have a moisture meter that is supposed to tell u if the soil is Wet/Dry/Normal but i dont think its working well in the coco. it seems to read wet or normal all the time. My fear is overwatering and stressing out the plant.

Welcome! Yeah, as stated above, you need to know the RO, especially with coca medium. I use FFOF and check each time I water regardless. PH/TDS etc. Regardless of what you think your schedule should be, but hydro is really important to know that number. Work your PPM numbers at that point. Keep it at 1000-1100 is a good range. From all the people on this site and my experience. Happy Growing! :sunglasses:

Your plant has a long way to go still it is nowhere near ready to stop feeding. I’d say you got 5-6 weeks left to go. Pay no attention to what the seed breeder/ website says about how long it takes to get to harvest. Most seed sites are talking about how long the plant will be in flower not how long it takes from seed to harvest. Plant’s gonna be done when its done

:point_up_2: nailed it :love_you_gesture:

Personally I would’nt do this because the plant and medium will wick this back in and throw off your feeding schedule. Always feed coco to approximately 20% run off and daily. The run off will help expel those un-used salts and minerals from building up in the root zone locking out nutrient uptake :love_you_gesture:

Thanks all for the feedback! Much appreciated
