Deficiency about 2 or 3 leaves this way

Was wondering if I could get some help on this leaf color ? There are about 2 or 3 this way today. Its an autoflower that is in mid flower grown in coco . I feed 2 times a day to runoff using geneal hydro @ about 1100 ec. And ph around 5.9 -6.0.

I wouldn’t worry about a couple of leaves. They come and go, particularly if they are from the lower part of the plant.

Your flowers look great.

Is this straight coco? Your entire feed regiment in coco should be based off the run off specially feeding multiple times a day. You don’t feed to just feed without knowing why you are feeding. It looks too early to be showing issues like this. Just looking at this I’d say there are root problems, lots of heat, out of whack pH, or heavy build up in the coco. How much run off are you getting?

Run off ph and ppms/ec?

a real good flushing is required and do a reading after one week of water only and hopefully the leaves will green up but saying that I have had some boss weed from manky looking plants…its a funny old world :face_with_monocle:

Ok you guys are confusing me… Ive been in 100 percent coco maybe 5 percent perlite in this one . If i went a week with water only wouldnt she suffer or starve ?
Ive been using dr mj coco recipe . I read runoff every 3rd or so day cause its become so consistent . I put in 1000 ec and get out 1000 to 1100 . When its high i usually drop to 950 on the next.
Those leaves just worry me. Here it is today and may maine coon bros.

Also i vary ph from 5.9 to 6.2 . And i get maybe 25percent runoff which wastes a lot . I tilt fabric pot after and try to get the bottom clear . Its only a 3gal container and roots have consummed it completely maybe go to 5 gal next one ?
Shes fed g.h. flora trio
G.h. armour silica
G.h. calimagic
G.h. Diamond necture
G.h. Rapid start
G.h liquid koolbloom

Maybe stop using the koolbloom?

The thing that worried me were these spots.

Frequent fertigation typically requires lower numbers and higher perlite content.

If your numbers are in line it could be environmental.

Pot size doesn’t matter with coco aside from how much you feed. If you want to go more frequently up the perlite. Medium temps can play a role in root problems so can nutrient temps. Run off or strength of nutrients can both control run off ec.

Here is my current run in 1 gallon pots. Coco and perlite. 40% coco 60% perlite. Currently at 4 feeds per day, eventually going to 5 when the run off demands it. Only to show pot size doesn’t matter with coco, if it’s handled appropriately.

Still have some time in veg yet…

Anyway…

Keep your nutrients simple and below 70°, keep your medium under 1000, if feeding more than once a day plan for up to at least 30% perlite. It’s hard to over water but it’s not impossible if there isn’t enough flow. Flow keeps the salts moving. Lack of flow comes with root issues and a lack of control over salt levels in the medium.

I like 1-3 part systems, currently using jacks nutrients.

Here’s my water station chart, maybe you’ll find it useful.

And here is some good information about high frequency fertigation and determinations. It’s very informative with explaining how run off can be managed appropriately. Getting a good understanding of how the different values work should help you make a decision on how you want to set up for next round.

If this is all stuff you have a grasp on already then keep on keepin on.

Im having the same problem but im in soil

Both are sour diesel autos 6 weeks old an my temps have been reaching up to almost 85 im using gaia green nuets i wonder why my plants are so short lbs

Dude that is a wealth of information all nicely put together! thankyou!
Love your auto watering /waste removal setup. would love to see how you put that all together!!!

seems that issue may have been a conflict of using cal -mag and koolbloom or 2 much k.b. with the calmag from what i read. i just cut it out all together and no more yellow /brown leaves.
