So I harvested & dried, and I’m in the process of trimming. I find myself with tweezers plucking the small leaves in the buds. It is very time consuming. My question is, am I trimming to much or am I doing doing it right?

That is a matter of personal preference and objectives.
I grow for personal use and don’t care if the trimmed buds are pretty or not. If you want pretty, manicured buds then you should trim them to suit yourself.
If you are selling, then trimming for bag appeal makes a huge difference in potential price.
You just figure out what works for you and do it.

The more leaf material you leave the “harsher” the smoke.
If it’s got Sugar on it I leave it

I say too much, the sugar leaf will curl in and almost dissapear so it’s more trimmed than it looks like right away. They’re right it depends who and why. If you got lots of terps and cannaboids thats what yiull taste and imo leaving the sugar leaves makes for perfect joints if thats your thing
