When do i put in Mason Jars? If i dont have jars what else can I use or do? Thanx

After your dry is complete it will be necessary to put it in a closed environment such as a jar for curing. Grove Bags are an alternative to jars.

Mason jars can be foundin stores like Farmer’s markets etc, they are easy to Id them they have the screw on caps with the tops can come off, you seal them till the tab sinks in, then they are good, they used them for vegetables tomatoes etc.
DON’T USE GROVE BAGS, IF YOU’RE NEW YOU CAN MISCALCULATE THE MOISURE AND GET BACK TO THEM AND SEE THEM TURMN BLACK, I SEEN IT HAPPENM ALREADY , I wouldn’yt use grovve bags until you know exactly on what you’re doing

Grove bags are a fine product so long as your harvest has been dried and humidity is properly managed.

Proper curing conditions are ~70F and 60% humidity.

Jars are the best. Get wide mouth for ease of filling and removing. You can get bodeva packs that will help keep moisture at desired levels. You don’t want to risk not having a proper cure or allowing your buds to dry out by using baggies or something similar. Jars are my favorite but 1/2 pound to 1 pound curing bags work well to. Do use cure bags any smaller because they seal for awhile then seals don’t work properly anymore. Don’t pack your jars or cure bags you want the product to have room.

Yes, much cheaper than jars.
Harder to break bags when dropped.
Last year, dropping one, killed two jars.
Picking glass from my weed, no fun.
Insurance ??
