Hazel last evening. Getting more frost, and her pistils are turning orange.
She’s taken on a bit of a grape scent lately, in addition to a yummy funky fruit/skunk scent. A couple weeks ago, she had some spice/herbal scent, but the other scents have dominated.
She’s been a fairly consistent drinker, wanting 4.5 cups of water every two days for awhile now in that little 1-gallon bag. Recharge once a week, 1 drop of organic calmag (TPS Nutrients) with every watering.

I’m back among the living. 
I’m contemplating trying the Grow Dots in coco for my next auto run. I’d still use the Autopots, but only put properly pHed water in there.
I’ve always got some schemes floating around my head. I’m months from the current grow being done, and I’m already planning for the next one.

i’m a month away from chopping one, 6 weeks on the other, and i’ve been doing the same back and forth about grow dots (in autopots) for a month now. i think i might eventually just put a post up and let someone else choose jacks vs grow dots for me.
i asked the autopot team via email a week ago, and they also suggested beanstalk crf. so i grabbed a free sample of that and would probably do one of those if i end up going the grow dots direction.

yea, two of them i think. very helpful.
that’s my problem though. i’ve read endlessly, and both seem simple with good results. i have both of them on the shelf. so it’s really just making a choice…and i’m terrible at that. if i could run them side by side, i’d do that but i’ve got all three pots on a single reservoir. so it’s gotta be straight jacks or straight grow dots.

Ok! I got greedy and ordered the largest sample size they have. Shipping/handling was crazy. ($49.50) Still, I spend more than that for nutes for a grow so what the heck.
It certainly should be easy to use, premeasured and all that.
I want to grow a couple more GG autos, so that will be the experiment.

I haven’t heard of them, I just checked out their page a bit. Good to see them doing that! I’m all for simplicity when simplicity works, and I hope that becomes more and more of a thing for cannabis growing. Plus, I’d think and hope that more folks might try growing some cannabis, if starting out and figuring out nutes wasn’t so intimidating.

i hadn’t heard of them either, and i’ve been searching hard for options like this for a while now. honestly there doesn’t seem to be much information about them/their products anywhere online. had it not been shipping-only and on recommendation from autopot, i wouldn’t have given it a chance. they could definitely use some better marketing, imo.
i’m totally with you though, the easier people can get nutrients right the more people who would try (or stick with) growing.
i did go ahead and make my first grow journal. won’t start for a bit, but it might include a beanstalk trial run.

Im a Beanstalk user directed from the local legal growers Honest Pharm that in my 365 soil seems to be working pretty good

Yes I started using Beanstalk when Hazel started. Water only my clone specialist, he said yesterday to add fish poop and seeweed at the end to help. Haven’t done that but can see it in the near future molasses and fish poop im in a bad spot cant send pictures but evetthing in the last 4 months have been in Beanstalk
