One delicious looking lady my Brother… ⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘ harvest flowers for you :beers::sunglasses::v::heart:

Thanks man! :metal::metal::metal:she was ready enough and needed to chop her anyways for the competition. If the plant stays the same need to send in my samples by the 20th. Doubt the two UWP will make it in time, but that’s okay.

Did a smell test on the two UWPxPG55. Both have a strong earthy, slightly sweet, funky apricot! It’s delicious. Still have some white pistols but most have darkened up so hopefully only another week. Both got only ice tonight.

So I’m starting to mix up my own compost. Using my left over soil and such and trying to recharge it basically. Using a big tote to out the dirt in and storing in outside storage closet off patio. Been chopping up all my leaves/ defol and mix in that in for a few months now and those have been breaking down great and soil is already getting darker. Picked up some “Jobe’s Organic” microbe compost starter to use along with house scraps such as orange peels, clean cut up cardboard for fiber, apples, coffee grounds w/ brown paper filter, carrots, broccoli, etc. pretty much anything clean, organic-ish, and safe to compost is going into my bucket! Also want a wide variety so coffee grounds and orange don’t affect soil ph, but microbes should help with that too! I got small kids and a tight budget so always buying bags of soil isn’t an option right now. Plus how cool is it gonna be when someone ask me what soil I use and get to say “my own”! Any input from others that compost would be greatly appreciated!

I don’t but perhaps @JaneQP @Storm @MeEasy @TT or @Twelve1 do? I know they’re fans of organic/supersoil type stuffs.

Thanks @kaptain3d Ohh, also adding Guinea Pig poop for fertilizer! My neighbor has them and supposed to be a great additive!

Hi there, im just starting out this year too…well last year i started a compost, it didnt cook well, so i brought it out into a baby pool, and my chickens turned it for me, but they also spread it all over the place, lol, so this fall i kinda burried a deep sled and filled it with all my 1st & 2nd grow soil, add my scraps , chicken poo, trying to add worms as i find them. Use this to break down the stumps [16606139459971662936618490294306] Cover with straw for the winter & see how it looks next spring. My outdoor grow right now, not sure yet where all those pots and soil will go for winter… still watching & learning

Moving then two UWP into the bathroom for their last few days in darkness and no water from here on out either. Need to move three into the tent for the other competition that I’m in. If there is enough room I’m hoping to also fit the big UPW from the veg tent in. Would be getting a heavy defol and laying everything down flat. Want all them nodes to have plenty of room to shoot upwards. Will get pictures later.

Okay, so the two UWP are resting in my tub, it’s the room that gets the light turned on least! No water till cut either. Got the two McChem, Poison Apple, and last UWP moved into the flowering tent. UWP got a lot of twisting/super-cropping, and a heavy defol done while getting bent over and tied down. If allowed to grow straight would be about 4’ from soil to top. Will be training them all as they grow to work around each other and not against each other.
