First I would top now.
I have a question though.
What size pot are you using?
I ask because I noticed how low on soil it is.
Is there a method to your madness?

Hood chatch dr i didnt even notice that

This is my first time growing so i am learning, it is 5 gallon pot,so no madness just learning

Ok I do that sometimes then I strip everything below the top of the pot and fill with soil. If this was my plant. I would top it at blue line. Leave it alone for 3 days and strip everything below the red line water that lower soil and fill pot with soil with a minimum of 25% perlite mixed in it.
What kind of soil are you using?
What kind of nutrients are you going to use?

I am using happy frog, and im not sure what kind of nutrients, any help would be appreciated

You will be good on nutrients for about 6 weeks veg. Then you will want to start giving a nutrient sotution. I use the fox farm trio at half strength. Some have troubles with it because it is salt based. They say to flush it with sledgehammer every so often.
Some here use jacks 321 no flushing necessary. Read some stuff in this forum and then decide what you like.
Most will tell you the light you use is the most important. They’re wrong in my opinion the ability and willingness to read is number 1 the light you learned about reading is number 2. Point is read up on the different nutrients lines then make a decision.
@Growdoc can you give some insite on jacks.

Jacks is a great nutrient, I feel it’s ideal for coco and Promix, my preferred medium. My advice with Jacks is to be very liberal with runoff, I grow in 5 gallon pots and give 2 gallons or a bit more per watering, feeding every watering. I vary the EC of my feeds depending on last feed runoff. I keep run off in the 800-1000 ppm range their whole lives after their first transplant from solos. Jacks is pretty mild and you really have to try to burn with it. Keep an eye on runoff ph to head off any ph swings that might start trending in your media, Promix is known to have a low starting ph and it generally rises towards flower. I’m still trying to pinpoint the cause but I think it’s because they are eating very well and Jacks uses nitrate nitrogen, which raises ph as it’s consumed. I usually mix in a teaspoon of Dolomite when I fill pots to offset low starting ph and then as it rises at flower, I just ph my feeds 1 full point lower than runoff ph . It’s fairly simple once you figure it out but can be intimidating for newbies. One thing about Jacks, nobody beats their price….
