Hello! I need some help with my first time grow. I am approaching the one month mark of growing and I want to now top my plants. I have been waiting to top them and now upon doing more research I am wondering if it is too late. It looks like to me I have some plants with 6 nodes already which worries me that I can’t top them anymore. What do you guys think?

You can top at any time during veg. You can also top the tops after they grow out a bit. Typical node topping is around the 5th node. Plant is a small beast so no worries.
Progress pics after a 7th node top. removed nodes 1, 2, 3 & 4. Topped at 7 went for 6 main colas.

Go for it , I usually top my photo plants at about 6 or 7 nodes. Welcome to the community !

Top away, or better yet (at least for me) FIM them. If you don’t know what that is, just do a google search. It’s almost the same as topping, but better IMO.

On my outdoor grows I top 3 or more x’s to keep them bushier. First usually about 4th-6th nodes and then typically after 3-4 new node growth. So 1 gives you 2, 2 gives you 4, 4 gives you the idea. Go for it!!

Just wrapped up first grow myself .I started topping at node 4-5 and kept topping away till a couple/few weeks before flip to flower. Kinda like how feildofdreams mentioned z I just suggest giving them a little time in between tops. Here’s how they turned out .
