Plants Growing Past Lights

Greeting awesomeness,
Having an issue with light as high as I can go in tent. I have 2 plants that are growing above light height.

Since I am in 4th week of flower, and I know topping is bad at this stage. Any other suggestions?

Thank you for your time.

The supercrop will work just fine as mentioned. Still not fully flowering it looks like so easy recovery. Just be patient and gentle.

I would supercrop also. Plants are tough.

I swear I heard a faint cry when i pinched plant. Since this is my first time, is this correct?

Thank you.

She will develop a knuckle over the next few days at the bend and will be as strong as ever.

It’s important to bruise the stem by crushing it between your fingers before bending to minimize the risk of snapping the stem off.

I asked a question and received the answer in under a min. This is why this forum is the definite growers guide. The amount of helpfulness is just off the hook.

You guys rock, thank you.

YT video Bill Ward “Cracking the stems” like @MidwestGuy said, gently encourage the plant to bend, with little stem twisting (hands pinch stem for counter directions twisting), then bend.
Maybe.
Late to the party, you got this.
Good growing to you
