Oxygen absorption packs during curing

Does anyone use oxygen absorbing packs in grove bags during there cure? Why or why not?

I don’t.
I’ve never even heard of it
Is there a reason someone would?
Would creating an anaerobic environment not be a bad idea for storing cannabis, or is there something I’m just unaware of?

Many people use humidity packs I don’t know if that’s the same thing nonetheless I don’t use anything as I don’t see that it’s necessary. If the plant is dried properly I put it in a jar for a week as it’s easy to control and get control. When it holds a relative humidity of 58% to 62% for more than 24 hours I transfer it into the grove bags.

For the record I’ve been told that using the humidity packs (I believe that’s what you’re referring to) damages the terrapins. Again I personally don’t see the need in them if the weed is dried properly

I just stick mine straight into the grove bags.
That’s the best perk about them is that I don’t have to burp them  just set it and forget it.

I have figured out that i can put it into tje grove bags alot sooner then i could jars, infact, sone people actually dry in them. It takes longer to cure the wetting it goes in but seems to make the end product stay sticky like when you first cut it.
