Hi everyone, I’m growing two female plants. Blue Cheese and Future #1. I have purchased some Northern Lights regular marijuana seeds with the intention of crossing it with the two female plants. My question is, if I just throw the females into a tent along with one or two males and a small fan and switch to flower, will this produce a large amount of seeds? I would like maximum seed production. I want a unique strain that I can experiment with in the future

Yes being inside the tent would concentrate pollen.
Do you know how to promote your Northern Lights to produce make parts?
To convert a female cannabis plant to produce male parts, you can use a method involving chemicals like colloidal silver or silver thiosulfate. Here’s a brief overview of the process:
- Colloidal Silver Method:
- Prepare or Purchase Colloidal Silver: You can buy colloidal silver online or make it at home.
- Spray the Plant: Spray the female plant with colloidal silver daily during the early flowering stage. This will inhibit ethylene production, causing the plant to develop male pollen sacs.
- Wait for Pollen Sacs to Develop: Continue spraying until you see male pollen sacs forming.
- Silver Thiosulfate (STS) Method:
- Prepare STS Solution: Mix silver nitrate and sodium thiosulfate to create the STS solution.
- Spray the Plant: Apply the STS solution to the female plant during the early flowering stage.
- Monitor the Plant: The plant will start developing male flowers, which can then be used to pollinate other female plants.
[These methods are commonly used to produce feminized seeds, ensuring that the resulting seeds are predominantly female]
