My first flip.. HELP!

I am using the Grove bags. Ordered directly from their website. I have only dry trimmed so far. I will have to try wet trimming to compare. I have a solo plant that has gone longer than it’s tent mates that will be getting harvested soon, so maybe I will try it then.

I might do half and half as well just curious and then I’ll know which one I’d like to do

I got both. Both have torn at the zip loc bead. Open them gently from below the seal like a bag of chips as opposed to above like a book. Or, probably even better, would be the sliding separation like a small ziploc.

It’s been a minute since I’ve had the pitter patter of little ones in the house. I can’t believe it’s been since February that I last popped some seeds.
Meet Yori and Nana. My two California Octane Triploids.
Yori is 3 days old, Nana is 2 days old. They are a little shy at the moment. Temp is 82F at 89% RH, and 190ppfd. I soaked the 50/50 Coco in full strength CalMag for a day, then flushed with 200ppm AN Sensi Coco Grow full master recipe, Then let the Solos cups drain for a full 2 hours before putting the 20 hour soaked beans in their place.
I shouldn’t need to do anything with them for at least a week to 10 days. HOWEVER, This is a new propagator, I don’t need the domes on the Solos as the propagator is holding plenty of humidity, So I’ll be monitoring the weight of the cups to determine when they will get their first drink.

Is it possible this plant has seeds? One plant in a tent of 6. No splits in the calyx that I can see revealing a seed. It’s just the lumpiest buds I’ve encountered. I did cut one of the lumps off and it was dense but didn’t appear to be a seed.

@OGIncognito , @Low , @MadamCalamity , @kaptain3d , Anybody?

Anything is possible if it’s late stage, but it sounds and looks like a frosty lady. Lots of swollen calyx.

Also, On a different front, I have a Fat Bastard in the 12th week of flower not wanting to turn amber. I shut the light off for 48 hours to try to get it to move towards amber and this morning it has a bunch of fresh little green sprouts coming from the bud.
Advise?

I agree with @Low :+1:

Gorgeous buds. The Lamb’s Breath I grew once had the same kind of “bulby buds” and it was a great smoke…

The plant is late stage. Just starting to get some amber. It’s a Strawberry Gorilla Auto.

Probably would be beneficial to reduce light intensity, might prevent more new growth from popping up.

What I meant by late stage was overly mature. To me they look done, but if you are chasing trichomes stick with it. It’s all preference.

Yea, The lumpy one that I was concerned with seeds is an auto week 6-7 of flower.
The other one with the fresh growth is a photo in the middle of week 12 of flower. I was holding off for more amber, but I don’t want a bunch of foxtails so I would rather chop if that’s what is developing.

picked a little tester from the Fat Bastard (aptly named).

Hey there, My stash got down to about 46% rh. Is that okay? Should I try to rehydrate? What would be the best way?

Pretty low, might not get that kicking flavor to come back, as a lot of terps likely evaporated. You could however improve the quality of smoke…

  1. Boveda Packs

  2. In a pinch:
    Lettuce
    Citrus peel
    Edit** fresh weed leaf

(Thanks @kaptain3d )

Limit exposer to a 4-6 hours at a time and wrap in paper towel or something so it’s not touching your flower. This stuff can result in mold.

  1. If you want to get flavor and smell back there are botanical terpenes. Strong, use at your own risk.

What do you think about using fresh fan leaves to help bring the RH back up?

Ahhh- I missed one! Good idea, but I’d probably still
Limit exposer. Living will decay amongst the dry/cured. Mold risk.

@OldNailPounder as soon as I cut the strawberry gorilla this morning over the trim tray the very first bud I heard a ding in the tray and had a fat ass seed, throughout the trim this morning I pulled about four seeds but I believe it has a few more hidden inside

That’s cool. Keeping the seed collection stocked up. Shouldn’t hurt the quality of the bud. Any idea which plant is the baby daddy? Or do you think it hermed?

@OldNailPounder I think the backseat plant that I had in there pollinated it I did catch it pretty soon and gave the plant away and was told he found at least 200 seeds in it so I’m assuming before I was able to move it it impregnated some b****** first
