I broke my own grow tent rule.
Rule 1. Check tent daily.
Even if its just to poke your nose in. Had a lot going on yesterday, and I only checked the reservoir. In the days prior, they were drinking like race horses. But yesterday it appeared as though they slowed. I missed the red flag.
Opened up the tent this evening, and I had my first Autopot OH NO moment. They had no water. Rock Slide and Gorilla Cookie were slightly stressed, but seemed ok. However my star pupil, Acid Snow was severely withered. No yellow leaves, but all droopy and stressed.
Disconnected the plastic shot off, and no water coming out. Clogged filter.
Pulled and drained the tank. Removed the filter. Completely clogged with muck. Cleaned it up, reinstalled, refilled reservoir, test line. Water running. Hooked it back up to the Autopot trays, they immediately began to fill with fresh nutrient rich water.
So, opinions. Will my plants be ok? The Rock Slide and Gorilla Cookie looked to be only slightly stressed. However the Acid Snow took a bit. Leaves droopy, but green.

Fill up and carry on, they should wake up as roots start drinking again, I have done it myself.

Like @Bentstick said, let them eat, they have to get pretty damn dry to do any real damage, I’ve let them totally wilt and after watering, they pop right back up.

I starved one for 3 days. Watered it and it popped back in about an hour.

Recovery does not appear imminent.
It’s been almost 72 hours since we discovered the clogged filter and restored water flo.
Ain’t gonna happen for the Acid Snow.
Complete recovery for Rock Slide and Gorilla Cookie. But the Acid Snow is not improved.
The coco is moist, trays have water, plant has no life.
Ok, advice.
Buds are huge. Fluffy, but huge. I put some samples under my 20x40x microscope and they’re loaded with glistening tricomes. Most are clear. Buds are sticky to touch.
My gut feeling says to cut, day and cure it, and see what I have?
or
I making hash an option?

Hey do you got lotsa weed or like to get on with your next grow. I dunno what I’d do just some thoughts I’d consider. And yeah if you can do something else with them, doesn’t decarb convert things anyway but I’m not suggesting anything

I mean if youre making edibles you’d decarb it right and maybe bud structure would lend well to extraction

If its still green id give every chance before i chop. Might be overwatered now? Let it dry back maybe??

So here’s the Acid Snow update.
Yes, the plant suffered a setback, but all was not lost. I mentioned the buds were large, but soft and fluffy. We tried a couple things, but nothing worked.
However I noticed something. The buds which were previously soft a couple days earlier, were now firm. IMO they will dry.
So we harvested the whole plant. Hit 16.5oz wet buds, and a big pile of popcorn that will go to hash. Here’s a pic of the buds from the last six branches.

Here’s the Acid Snow we harvested the other day. I pulled the plant from the 3.9 gallon pot to show the impressive root system. Clearly the Airdome did it’s job

We harvested and dried the remainder of the Acid Snow. The plant we thought was junk, did…ok.
Here’s what we bagged yesterday. 6.15oz. add that to the 2.5oz I packaged last week, for a total of 8.65oz.
I shared with a few buddies, and it received high marks. I gave some to an old friend I have coffee with each morning. He called me 45 minutes later and gave me a

Day 105!
Ok, what’s taking so long again?
Only 2 plants left in the tent. Speedrun Rock Slide and 420 Fastbuds Gorilla Cookie. The Rock Slide has beautiful, firm buds that are only just really beginning to frost. Gorilla Cookie, one of my all time fav grows, had its upper buds foxtail. But they frosting up as well.
However it’s day 105. This happens to me often with autos for some reason? But the end is near. On both plants the fan leaves are beginning to cash in their chips. The sugar leaves are beginning to wither.
I looked at them real closely under the 20x-40x microscope. About half are opaque, the rest seem clear with only a smattering of amber.
I’ve added close ups I took with my el cheapo digital microscope camera.
