Hey, not looking for advice on the issue my plant is having, just looking for advice from other autopot growers on how they handle this…
Been growing coco/perlite w/automated watering/fertigating. Great results. With an upcoming vacation decided to try a two pot autopot system. All great until week 6 (autos).
One plant happy as a clam. The other one has a deficiency from he||. Normally I would have flushed her but can’t since both running from one reservoir. Any others hit the same circumstances?
What I’m thinking of doing is, since I’m a good 3 weeks from harvest, is pulling her from the unit and flushing the crap out of her with FloraKleen and hooking her back up to the unit a good or bad idea?
Also baffled at this point as to what the deficiency is, looks immobile since a lot of green growth under the top. So forget what I said before. LOL.

I like your flushing plan. Run a BUNCH through it. Anytime I have issues with 1 plant I will treat it with a foliar spray or go directly into the autopot tray. I have shut off valves before each tray just for that reason. So for example if I have a plant being an a$$hole I will shut that plant off, wait until the tray is dry and then fill the tray as high as possible with something like recharge… I may do that a couple times before returning it to the system. Also I’ve been finding that even though I run coco they like a dryback every now and then
For me anytime one isn’t happy I pull it off the tray and flush the crap out of it till runoff is comeing out like 200 or less.
Then I dip nutrient solution out of the reservoir (makeing sure its 5.8ph) and give it to the plant till it’s comeing out the bottom nearly exactly what it’s going in at.
Then set back on the tray
The only times I’ve had 1 unhappy with the others happy, it seemed to be ph related and the “reset” flush has always worked.
There could be examples of different nutrient requirements I guess, but I’ve never experienced such a situation as long as all the plants where at roughly the same stage.
Twice i had a bad root rot from some bacteria or something and it took adding quite a bit of h202 to get them back on track.
But you’ll know if thats it because the coco-coir and tray will smell like rotting eegs/Sulphur really strong.
Thanks @1happypappy . Took yours and @pinboy advice and flushed the doo-doo out of her. Gave her some reservoir nutes and hooked her back up after a bit. Also ordered shut offs so I can have one each pot. As bad as she looks she is done w/stretch and has been packing on weight nicely.
So the heavy flush stopped the damage but given we’re late in the grow not optimistic in any new growth just hope the buds keep packing weight.
Of course in the last 5 days (well after first post) I got a bacterial infection in the res , ph went from 5.8 to 6.4 and stunk. Had to drain/clean flush the lines. Now just watering with PH balanced water for a couple days per Autopot recommendations.
Still gonna go with this system in one of my 2X4’s and try to get it right next time.
