Day 78 and they’re still drinking loads of water.
My 4 plants drank half the reservoir in 2 days.
With the exception of Granite Haze 7, the other 3 are 2 weeks off at least. The sugar leaves on the Granite Haze 7 are turning yellow. An indication might be time to pull some samples and look at them under the microscope.
I’ve added some supplemental LED lights just to get as much light on the buds as I can.
I can’t believe we pulled this grow off. A month ago we were hit with a major nor’easter. Sub zero temperatures, a foot of snow that froze. My entire heating system failed and needed to be replaced. The entire home had no heat for well over a week.
But my plants survived. We wrapped the tent in a tarp, and tapped it shut.My 1000w HPS provided crazy heat. Even though my pipes froze, and it was 7* outside, my tent was a toasty 75*.
I have a 3x3 with 4 Fastbuds autos on self-watering bases, nice to see how they work.
I got those on late stage of last grow so tgis is the first run with both systems from the start. So far I’m really happy of how they work and the real test starts tomorrow as I’m off to fishing trip(read: wine drinking and gorging on food) to Spain for 8 days.
I really hope all goes well, it’s such a good start for these plants…
I’m a lifelong fisherman myself. Here in the nordics it’s mostly sweetwater fishing as I don’t live in Norway.
Where I live we have an infinity of lakes, but the real epic stuff happens in the northern tundras. I used to go every summer but now it has been five years since my last trip there. Nothing beats two weeks in a tent outside mobile networks just fishing. Total reset.
