Minimum distance for the seedling stage?

Hey Guys i have 35 watt full spec Led lights what is the minimum distance for the seedling stage?

Welcome! 35 watts is pretty small so Iā€™d probably start around 18ā€ and watch for too much stretching

@pinboy any recommendations for a good budget Led light?

I would get an HLG 135 Rspec for a single plant as a bare bones grow. There might be some 150 watt Spider Farmer models out there. Be sure to get a light built with Samsung LM301 diodes.

Whatā€™s the budget? Most will consider a good light the highest priority. Canā€™t grow good smoke with crappy lights!

If have the budget just get a good light off the bat. Many good ones out there. I started with upgrade thoughts. Bad call. Ended up costing more upgrading than just shelling it out right away. I would suggest something dimmable big enough to expand tent size. These guys are correct. Good light asap. Just my 1 cent

Part of the problem is they market garbage lights to be the best thing everā€¦they also grossly exaggerate the wattage. That hlg 135 is a good budget light. There might also be a discount code floating around but I donā€™t have it
