Like @Docnraq said it all depends on how your germinating them. Biggest issue people have is drowning their seeds leaving them in water too long. Another thing is you could of just got a bad batch? I got the zkittlez then saw a majority of people on the forum had hermies due to bad genetics. No one is perfect but let us know your method and lets see what we can do to make things work

If you got them from ILGM you should contact them through the ILGM.com website. They have a germination guarantee they will likely honor. Outside of that my best germ rate is not in soaking seed but sewing straight into moist soil. My most common issue with seeds is temperature. Want it warm 76 78 even 80 degrees. If I do em in a paper towel I will put that baggie ontop of my alarm clock or in a window sill for a day or two. Seems to do the trick.

I know everyone has a different way of doing it but for me I’m 10 for 10 following ILGM directions. Literally just use distilled water or spring water and fill a little cup, drop seed in and put somewhere dark like a cabinet. All of mine have popped within 2-3 days and ready to plant.

This seem to be an issue with some growers.
So I’m just gonna vent and really ask the main question.
If you tried to germ 12 seeds at once, either you know what you are doing or you are just taking a guess. Then another 8 seeds??
