Just wanted to post an update / review since I’ve been MIA for a little bit.
I swapped over to Lotus a while ago from Jacks and never looked back.
I run the same feed schedule / amount for photos and autos.
I have not had a single deficiency or toxicity since using them.
My plants are ridiculously healthy, big dense buds and it’s a dry nutrient so it’s not all water and a waste.
Do yourself a favor If you are looking for a new line or want something basically idiot proof, try it out. You can get the whole 3 part system for like $70 I think and it’s definitely worth it.
FYI I have been using it in soil so I can’t speak for other methods but in soil
Some random photo / auto grows using Lotus ( one pic didn’t upload not sure which one ugh stupid issue uploading pics)
Thanks for the review. Great looking plants!
Anytime and thank you. Figured would share my experience with them.
Looking excellent!

I used the same line and im very impressed too. I first bought the sample packs off Amazon. It worked so well I bought the big tubs of it.
Here’s a pic of my 2 plants before the spider mites and Aphids tok over.
Nice and yea I have been impressed. They actually have all the macro and micro nutrients unlike so many other nutrient lines. The fact it’s dry is awesome because it’s not all water and last so much longer.
I just made this switch and they are having a sale on the 3 part starter kit in the 16-18 oz jars. $62.95 with free shipping. I like the ratios much more than alot of other well known nute lines. Nitrogen should always be highest for a grow nutrient. I see alot of grow nutes from others with ratios like 2-8-4 and it should be more like 10-6-8. For the veg phase that N needs to dominate.
Yea they are amazing. I love it and doesn’t matter what kind of plants I’m growing autos, photos I feed every strain the exact same, feed the same times etc and they always come out perfect. I’ll never use another nutrient because every single grow has been amazing and a big part I know is because of the nutrients.
Im thinking about switching nutrients after this grow. GH was bought out by Scott’s, not thrilled about them. I’ll check Lotus out. Also was at the grow store today checking out advance nutrients.
I looked into AN a while ago but there was 2 things I didn’t like. First they are all liquid which may or may not mean much to some. The second is there is like 20 bottles to have the whole set. There’s always use this bottle for 2 weeks then this one etc ( costly) and the third which some think is a pro, they have the PH perfect whatever which means they dumped a bunch of pH up or down In them already .
The reason I like Lotus is it’s 3 bottles. The grow last forever, the boost last forever the only one you will use a good bit of every grow is the bloom which I replace from time to time for like $20 and I’m good to go for next grow or two.
( I do use AN Bud Candy because it’s cheap and don’t have to use a ton per gallon )
I don’t like all the different bottles either. I do that now and I hate it. I definitely don’t really wanna keep going down this road.
That and you can’t pour the shit onto a spoon with out it spilling out of the edges of the bottle
Sorry its sideways
I follow it pretty closely except the Grow which is why it last so long for me. Usually using happy frog or OF I got 3 weeks or 4 weeks before I need to add anything. Usually I’m going to flower right around then anyways so I may use 2 doses of grow bottle if that per grow.
I’ve been noticing how salty the GH products are. Lost of salt buildup in my hydro system. Not happy.
Thanks for the lead on the lotus nutes. I just ordered a starter kit.
Not a problem. I figured they have worked so well for me why not share the word to anyone needing a new nutrient line.
They look like good nutes to me. But in volume you get more jacks for less money. No need for the calmag as well. I would love to see a grow off between the two. Jacks 25lb bags of part a and part b for 150$. The more expensive part a, is less then 4$ a pound at bulk price, and you do not use as much per gallon as well. Just a thought
