Leaving for Vacation during cure!

I cannot be around to burp my jars and I dont have anyone to help.
Is there another technique I can use to leave them for two weeks?

Use Grove bags instead.

Grove bags! Iā€™m out of the country when I should be burping jars, but these bags render burping unnecessary. They also keep the bud getting better and better for many months.

Have 2 days or so? Sweat them in a paper sack then jar. At 60-62% mold typically wont form. Jar and roll. No mold in and should be ok. I forget jars at times but i go in clean. Just a suggestion.
