I’ve used lady bugs and they help but I felt that the meat eating spider mites and another bug can’t remember its name I got from arbico Organics worked better. Pirate bug I think.

The tent that had them is what I’m growing in now and no signs of any of them in there and I didn’t clean anything just shut it down for 2 1/2 years as I paused growing.
Call the fine folks at arbico Organics and they will help you choose a multi pronged attack on them.
