Ladybugs to Control Spider Mites?

Still fighting those dreaded things. My veg room is in the clear still thank jeebus… but… my flower room is a diiferent story. I guess the rest of my recycled soil was contaminated and im still fighting them since my last grow. Im looking at ladybugs, azapro, azamax, predatory mites, ect… after these girls finish up whats going to be the best way to eradicate anything living in the room after its empty? I dont plan on moving anything in there for at least a week after i harvest the last one. Just trying to get ahead of the game. So far ive used CJDB, Mammoth, and i just got some stuff today from Growers Ally. Pros and Cons?

I’ve used lady bugs and they help but I felt that the meat eating spider mites and another bug can’t remember its name I got from arbico Organics worked better. Pirate bug I think.

Spider mites...my battle plan

So I’ve found spider mites in my veg tent and have been working on eradicating them now for about 5 days. I noticed them walking up my green coated wire tie downs. My first course of action was to mix 1 TBSP of both Neem oil and Bonner’s soap in a quart of Ph 6.5 water and sprayed all plant top and bottoms and the soil and tie downs. 2 days later I followed up with 3% Hydrogen peroxide spaying all. 2 days later (last night) I sprayed them with Captain jacks deadbug 1 TBSP per quart. The tent that had them is what I’m growing in now and no signs of any of them in there and I didn’t clean anything just shut it down for 2 1/2 years as I paused growing.

Call the fine folks at arbico Organics and they will help you choose a multi pronged attack on them.

The lady bugs will help but when you finish up you will have to disinfect everything. I had a time with them about 10 years ago i had to pull everything from my grow room and i used alcohol and bleach to disinfect everything to get rid of them i made a mistake bringing a plant from outside into my house

Thee are several ways to go about killing all life in the tent when you’re ready.

Exposure to Co2 long enough kills anything living. Enough dry ice, and allow it to sublimate over night with a sealed tent, I would think they would die.

Isopropyl alcohol everything in the tent, followed by a strong hydrogen peroxide solution (personally I would use it straight)

I used the iso and peroxide route, and sprayed anything waist down. Lights not so much, but the carbon filter prefilter got tossed, and I bought a new one.

Hopefully everything dies so you can start the next round.

No experience with lady bugs.
