Just a little indoor experiment

I got these 3 little guys going in my closet under a 180 watt LED. Kind of just a little experiment. Might veg them out in here and then take outside. They are in promix in solo cups for now they will go into 3 or 5 gallon pots in a few weeks.

Stack the milk crates up and get them up closer to the light. As they grow you can remove a crate to keep them close to the light but not in contact with it.

I got them closer they seem to be liking it alot I’m leaving it for now because they are doing good if they stretch it’s ok I’ll tie them down it’s all an experiment lol if they survive til April I will have some crazy outdoor beasts but I’m just hoping to get them big enough to get some clones for outdoors

If I see them not liking the light or stretching too much I’ll bring the light down it was just easier to stack some stuff up lol I gotta get some chains or something for my light

Got them closer now they seem to like it I’m keeping them like this for now this is just a low budget closet veg grow

So the light is much closer now lol they are drooping like crazy I know they aren’t over watered because I barely give them any hopefully having the light closer will help

Do you think all this droopiness is from the light being too far away it’s much closer now hopefully they change in a few hours I know they aren’t over watered because I barely give them any right now

They will quickly become accustomed to adequate light intensity.

Cool yea they went from like 2 feet away to almost less than a foot so hopefully they perk back up lol that’s a big change I’ll check on them later this afternoon hopefully get some positive change

What is your humidity level??
I would keep the lights no closer the 12”
If your humidity levels are less then 65%
I would try and get humidity up…
I would also put drain holes it those cups.
My might think they are dry from the looks but with no drain holes no where for air to dry out the bottom soil in the cups…
So it’s possible they are over watered…

My guess, too.
Holes in cup bottoms?
Dome clear cups above for humidity?
I would.
Don’t mist the cup, if your solo cup soil is moist/damp/dark.

Yep have drain holes in cups my humidity is low as hell and last night for some reason the woman turned the heat off and it got down to 60 ugh so now I doubt I have like any humidity lol these probably aren’t going to survive lol is what it is

Personally, I would transplant the seeedling into final home With cannabis friendly soil . Few days after Transplant they will Take off.
