How to transplant into DWC

I am using rockwool to start my seeds. This is my first time to use DWC. Do I leave my plant in the rockwool when I put them in the DWC. Thanks for the help

yes… as theirs no way to remove the rock wool once your seedling starts rooting, But i would plant deep enough so that the rock wool is covered by your medium 1-2 inches …
