Hey what’s y’all’s average yield/plant? KISS method

Just using simple method of just growing in soil(mine was Stoneington), using simple nutes (Gaia or Jacks 123) and a fan, heater, inline fan and water filtered from fridge.
I averaged 4 ounces per plant this round even with issues I believe was lockout bad pH. Sometimes only 2.5/plant.
Whats yall usual?

For indoor growing it’s typically more proper to measure success by yield per square foot. Just because your 2.5-4 zips per plant is very reasonable for something vegged for 4 weeks and then flowered for 9-10 weeks in a potted grow. And you could probably squeeze 4 plants like this into a 3x3 tent if you were chasing a high weight per harvest. Inevitably you’ll have someone come by a post that they get something like a pound per plant but the context of their grow is completely different. If you vegged longer and trained a single plant to fill the same 3x3 space you could also grow a plant that would be capable of producing a pound of weed. Or you could put a dozen of rooted clones in the same 3x3 and have no veg time and probably still get a pound of weed. Hypothetically, no matter how many plants you use the space has roughly the same harvest potential. Using 1 method produces a 1 pound plant, a different method a qp per plant, and another method 1-2 zips per plant.

The only real difference between them is how many grows per year you could run out of the same space. Running 2 plus month veg time is sometimes tough to get more than 2 harvests in less than 12 months but running no veg time can usually get you 4-5 harvests per year.

I grow with fox farm depending on the breed I average three to sometimes 8 ounces per plant. Most of the bigger plants have been from the Girl Scout cookies and also the Bruce Banner the others have averaged around 3 to 4.

That’s running autos in small gross spaces indoors using Jack’s 321

I totally get what you’re saying. I’m in a 4x4 tent so I need to measure using space and time!
I’m just always wandering if I should be getting more out of my efforts. Bottom line I believe is I just need to get another tent and double down my efforts to keep my ph under control. Then see about getting fancier with measuring ppms and such next if necessary. Thanks for your clarity!

Since putting a 800w light in my 4x4 I’m getting 30-32oz per grow

I think 3-4 ounces dry is pretty normal without extending veg time and/or introducing plant training methods.
