Put the seeds in water for 72 hours. Saw some tails. put in loose soil and misted. It has been 3 days with no growth. Seeds are not sprouting out of the soil. I keep misting it 5-6 times a day to just moisten the soil
It is really hot on my lanai…95* , should I bring them inside?
Also, my one plant that is now about 8 " tall has started yellowing from the stem?
Bring them inside, get them closer to 80°, no more misting. Spritz a clear plastic cup once or twice inside, and place it upside down over where they’re planted. Sometimes they can take a week to sprout, even longer. What kind of soil did you plant them in?

The plastic pot I have them in has a dome cover that I can put on it so you think I should just spray the dome and put it inside in a window sill keeping it around 80°?

Not many growers go for MG. It has time release nutes that can disperse in pockets and burns plants right up. There are few who have good results with it, but the inconsistency of available nutrients in the soil makes for a not so great medium for cannabis.
If possible, I suggest snagging a cannabis friendly brand soil such as Fox Farms, Roots Organics, or Coast of Maine. All have different types, and some don’t need anything but water for the first 4-6wks.
What nutrients do you plan on using?
Well, I guess miracle Gro is out.

I do have one plant but it’s starting to turn yellow and I don’t know why it’s not from lack of water and it’s the leaves at the top of the plant.

There’s a chance with that heat, and that often of watering, that the seeds have rotted. Personally I would carefully dig around and look.
This morning one of them is peeking its little seed head out of the soil. I brought them inside , put the cover on the planter and put it in a window sill that shouldn’t get too hot. I will monitor closely. So happy , maybe they will all come out.
