I have 2 harvests of White Widow, 1 each of Blueberry and Amnesia Haze autos. Basically I spent last year figuring out how cannabis grows. I use fox farm ocean forest as a base for my soil and also use the trio. I have applied LST and topped some of the autos. Others like blueberry which is heavy indica it was not necessary. I will recommend this though:
Learn the anatomy of the plant and it structure. Forgive me if you know this, but be familiar with terms like node, internode, stem, branch, suckers. It is useful in being able to communicate about the plant.
Another, there are numerous youtube videos on LST. That is the problem. So review some, find someone that does a series using autos if you can that is geared toward beginners.
