Happy Frog runoff test

I did that again, just a week ago with a smaller branch. Thought awe damn. Laid it over a bigger branch next to it and with some positive encouragement and closed the tent.

She’s got a new knuckle, but it’s holding. :smiley:

@Cap_Ron
Yo, jailbird you got a visitor,… She wants to know if she can use distilled water from the store to feed the girls because she’s out of rainwater and R/O water. Now back to your “Cell”

@Cap_Ron
Got to head out to the dentist going to be out for a while. On all the girls that were sick with the light green virus I used one and a half gallons of RO water to flush them.

The ones that were not very bad directly after flushing I gave small amount of Base nutrient feed.

The ones that were really bad I gave nothing and will flush them again in two days when they’re ready to eat and then go behind them on that flush and give them a small amount of Base nutrients only…

Is it safe to say I’m doing this right? Hope everything’s coming along just fine and trim jail I was going to bail you out but I spent all my money on nutrients and distilled water…

For the last three feeds in a row big girl has ate at EC757 intake and spits out EC 1125
She is so back to normal :beers::partying_face:

Yes, distilled water is good, it’s even more pure than RO.

I think the little girls were actually pretty hungry, not sure if flushing with plain water is the best route to take unless you had a reason to believe they were locked out. Sorry, I haven’t had the time to look through all the posts above, I’m still locked in trim jail.

Flushing is always an absolute last resort in my book. I’ve found that mixing a proper feeding and getting some extra runoff with it is usually all that’s needed to get things back in line.

@Cap_Ron
I have nothing I can’t handle. Only one girl got total flushing with no food as she was EC1985 for several feeds. I believe she was locked out but not sure. Something was wrong. I’ll feed base only on next feed.

Hope all is well with your jail time

@Cap_Ron
Happy Friday. Just giving a small update on big girl. She’s eating incredible taking in 765 spit out 1000

My only beef with her at 57 days today her buds just don’t seem to be getting big and fat. There’s a million of them they’re just not big and fat for a girl who eats this much and grew this tall.

She’s looking really awesome, and the plumping up will come, trust me. The buds will fatten up for another few weeks before they stall out and start ripening!

I finally got done late last night and got some sleep. I ended up with 47 ounces of prime hand trimmed buds.

I haven’t weighed the larf and popcorn buds I ran through the bowl trimmer yet, but it looks like definitely over a pound. That will make another giant batch of butter and coconut oil!

That is so awesome Ron. I am sincerely happy for you. You deserve it. You’re the best teacher and I truly appreciate you and all you do. (And so do the girls)

I can only imagine how tedious and time consuming that trim jail is. And your experience so I’m sure you went through it quicker than the average guy. I am just blown away by your results.

I’m in the middle of feeding the tent. Most of the girls ate yesterday so they’re not eating today. It’s kind of funny fat girl is the only one who eats every day. However ironically enough she has a sibling 10 days behind her that is just starting to eat everyday and she’s eating the same as big girl 750 in 1110 out she’s half her size but definitely is becoming a pig and easy to handle I can now make both their foods in a bucket which will save me some time.

Welcome back brother have a good weekend. :partying_face:

Thanks for your kind words! I’m actually a very slow worker, but thorough. My old boss used to make sure he added extra time on any proposal he wrote for my jobs and called it the Ron factor, lol. He didn’t mind though, it took me longer, but he never had to send anyone back to fix anything.

I think a reasonable estimate for your big girl is around 5 to 7 ounces finished dry weight! Not for nothing, but I didn’t come anywhere near that back when I first switched to autos. It was probably my 3rd or 4th run before I got there!

Holy crap @Cap_Ron !!!
That is awesome. Now that is a trim jail sentence right there. :rofl:
You could pay off a car loan before you would run out of smoke :rofl:
Good job!!!

It’s ironic because actually the batch of GSCE was seriously defective white seeds, seeds that wasn’t germinating, lots of stun midgets etc. She actually came out of that batch and was the only thing that actually survived until I got a new batch of seeds where everything popped.

I was able to focus all my attention on her. I started low stress training very early not having a single clue at all what I was doing. I believe she had very strong genetics it’s obvious. I don’t take very much credit at all for her turning out the way she did. I simply feed her and love her. You’re definitely one of those attention to detail people. In my opinion that is a very good quality in your life! Once again I truly appreciate you

First I have to pay off my electric bill, lol. I live in a small trailer. My electric bill before I started growing was around $60 to $70 a month. Now with 3 grow spaces it averages $550, lol. Big nut to crack!

@Lostgirl, you shouldn’t sell yourself short. It doesn’t matter how good the genetics might be, it still takes good work on the growers part to raise a gem!

@Cap_Ron
Thank you for the kind words sir… :relieved:

Finally the 2 transplanted midgets dried up and they got there first heavy runoff flush.

If you were called they were both around EC 5000 when transplanted into the 3 gallon punch with the freshly charged Happy Frog. Both had tiny root balls so lots of newly charged soil…

The Do-Si-Dos midget with severely drooping green is looking a bit better. she was slightly damp so I’m going to let her sit an extra day and not give her any runoff, flush or food. Her leaves look better she still lime green she’s in her stretch and I mean she stretching. She is absolutely not a midget anymore. She’s 2 ft 11 in

As far as the other transplant goes she’s never turned green she’s showing no signs of nutrient Burns she did get her first flush and I came behind with a small dose of base notes I got her down from 5,000 EC to about 3200 EC the next couple days will be a big test to see how the new soil charge will affect with the food that I’m giving her. I concentrated on feeding her extremely slow just in the root ball area. So I guess we’ll need a couple days to see how she reacts she’s small so she don’t eat much might take her two three days to dry out. But she looks really nice she’s 2 days behind the big girl. Her buds are fattening up she’s like eight midget colas.

It’s so funny looking at her at 1 foot 3 in and looking at her 2-day-older sister at 4 ft 3

I hear that. Summer is killing me too.
The a/c, pool, and lights. Just got one for almost $500.
Its actually $740 i had a previous balance.
:rofl:

@Lostgirl @4204life @ hi there so ? Im not the best record keeper but my girls are flowering and for my knowledge i noticed the fan leaves with very small brown spots so i think calcium deficiency so i did a run of f and slurry . I havent grown in over 10yrs so all i have is an old aquapro pen .

2230 ppm
7.5 ph

Oh by r the way theplants are just 6wks old autos just stared nutes 2wks ago ff trio and bushdoctor cal/mag all at heavy feed schedules

@Waldy178
What size pots, what type of medium, what type of nutrients. Little more info on the grow

5gal pot
Ff hf
Ff trio
Ff bushdoctor cal/mag
1/2 per pot during watering/feeding

Your ph is too high for starters. Plants gonna have trouble taking in nutrients
6.3 to 6.8 for soil

As for the spot, need pictures.

1/2 gallon?
If your in 5 gal containers your plants should be using at least 1 to 2 gallons a plant I would think. Mine take almost 1 gallon and they are in 2 gallon bags.
