Good trimmer/bucker? Any suggestions

Ok so ive been just suffering through trim jail. Having people help. The normal process. But im neering to get my time back. Just dont have enough time to spare to get it all done. Ive used a bowl trimmer but it doesnt clean it as good as i want. Any suggestions on a good trimmer? One that actually works. Need to process about 10lb this go round and about that each time. I can spend a decent amount if itll do the job. No more than 2 to 3000 though. But less would be great of course

Make your own bucker with a piece of plywood and assorted holes with 2x4 frame and strong bracing. Recommend big enough to fit a tote between the legs. Someone feeds someone pulls.

The smaller machine buckers you can get under 1,000 usually can’t handle it long term..

unless you wanna drop thousands.

As for the trimmer, got you

2k before taxes but there are bigger units.

Recommend YouTube this, won’t be hard to get through 2-4 lbs and hour

I’d love this unit :backhand_index_pointing_up:t3:

but I use a trimmer like this

Mine doesn’t have a motor, it’s hand crank but we removed the handle and use a drill. It’s also like 22” We can process a couple lbs in an hour. But takes more manual work than the triminator.

Bowl trimmers for the win! I’d fight over mine since getting it. The electric stirrer is close behind it. The DryDoc is neck and neck, wouldn’t want to be without any of them now.

Op mentioned not liking their bowl trimmer, idk which style they are referring to. But the commercial grade tumble trimmers are pretty awesome and more hands off when it comes to sorting. Out of my price range but.. man they are nice.

If it’s a legal state, I’ve seen a few of the commercial style tumblers for rent!

I have a similar trimmer without the motor.

If you have the correct blades on it, should work well. There are wet and dry blades for them….

That’s mind blowing to me. LOL

I love that style of trimmer. Because I dry trim I disconnect the blades and let the silicone flaps roll them clean.

Generally tight clean trims
