I’m not sure, they are usually coated and I don’t know how thermally conductive the coating is.
@GreenCoat has a good point here about not giving you every answer, be sure to do some research and understand what is what and why it is what it is. Of course things can get very technical and some will want to dive into those details and some will be looking for a suggestion from someone who knows the details but we should all be striving to understand the basics.

OK out of soil…Transferred her into 5 gallon fabric bag with roots organic. Roots were in not so great shape, hoping she will take.

Looking good you will be much happier with the end results this way
next is getting it out of the grow box and into a bigger grow tent. I think I’m ok for now (hopefully) during veg

it’s a 5 gallon grow bag
approx 14x10x10
Wont have to change that until after harvesting
you think i can do the whole grow in this box? I have about 16 inches to grow up
No your going to need vertical space probably in about 4 weeks
Or less… Depending on variables

Got her out of small grow box and into 2x2x6 grow tent 
Had some transplant shock but i think she’s coming back. HLG 100 3K on order…

Hey Rob, Your girl should recover fine in the roots organics , that is great soil, try shooting for 70-75 F in your tent and she will grow fast. Good Luck !
