I recently set up double cup method as ai told me but I get my coco very wet in that
As I put my coco cup with holes and seeds in it in an other cup having just enough water in it so that there will be half inch gap in between coco and water so humidity will do it work
but ai told me for the 1st time put water from above till it start runoff to set up capillary action till that’s sound not good to me as today when I take out the coco a d squeeze it allot of water come out so it was water locked even even tho the bottom cup water was not touching the upper cup
Now I reset it up same amount of water in bottom cup and squeezed but fluffy coco in upper cup with seeds and put double cup under light

Very little water to sprout. Here’s my story of 20 dead seeds. I was having tons of germination issues. Soak, paper towel, zip lock, straight to drenched coco. I finally got 2 to pop. Soaked 24 hrs. (No tails, just open) Straight into soaked pods. Only sprayed a little each day. Pods were practically dry but they popped. I was drowning everything. I know they tell us to keep coco wet. For the seedlings though, my thinking is when dry, they stretch out for moisture? Anyhow, good luck. Just trying to share my experiences in that drier was better.

I’ve just went through that, I sprouted these in coco that didn’t even feel wet to the touch , went over a week just misting the dome good and keeping vents off. Fast forward one month and I’m having to water every day, they would take it twice a day probably, but I’m trying to only water once daily. Once they mature a bit, you’ll get tired of watering! Looking at auto pots if I stay in coco. Probably go back to Promix next round to get a break.
Turkey season coming, got other stuffs to do! Lol

I love AI and use Chat GBT alot for all sorts of stuff, but it’s wrong in this case
Soak coco-coir, plant seed, cover with a dome and wait for spouts.
Placeing on a heat mat or keep in a warm area will help…

Autopots and coco-coir with lots of perlite is the ultimate grow hack …
You want be disappointed and once you try it (and figure it out) you want grow any other way
I work ridiculous hours 7 months out of the year and without autopots, i couldn’t grow.
Theres times i don’t even look in my tents for weeks, i just keep the reservoir full and they do their thing
