Discolored and dying leaves

Please help let me know what’s causing this: ILGM White Widow fem seeds 4 weeks in flower. Tent grown in Fox Farm soil, using Roots Organics. Each grow I’ve done i seem to have yellowing and dying leaves. The leaves are also recently getting these red patches between ‘veins’.

NOTE: I originally posted this to Nutrients topic but moved it.

Looks like a nitrogen deficiency, not familiar with roots organic. Would help to know more
PPM and PH numbers
