Hello! I noticed lately that my main plant is getting some really bad nute burn. I have only been watering with PH’d water and it seems to just be getting worse and worse. I have a similar issue on another plant and I am getting concerned I’m going to lose the whole plant if I don’t fix this quick.
So first thing just rest easy.
Most definitely correct its a little nutrient burn, leafs are super green to.
But its not necessarily a bad thing at all.
You did good by just water once you noticed so on that.
What are they growing in and how much of what was you feeding it before?
Should be bout done. Can you take a pic of the whole plant please? I’m growing a Bruce banner auto and I’m on day 21
Fox Farm Ocean Forest and I have been using all the Fox Farm liquid fertilizers but I dilute them to half of what it states on the feeding schedule. The leaves are also starting to “claw” and are getting noticeably crunchy like they are dry. It’s my first grow so I’m trying not to panic and overthink it👍🏼
With some research it looks like “Tigers Bloom” is a nitrogen supplement that I have been feeding it throughout flower. It looks like that could be the problem why the leaves are such a dark green and possibly the cause of nute burn. I don’t know why the feeding schedule calls for nitrogen in the final 6 weeks. Seems strange to me.
You can’t really use that schedule with autos tbh. When are you supposed to determine the flip? I’ve been watching my plants like hawks and I still can’t tell when they start or not.
I must have got lucky with mine because they flipped right on the end of the vegetative stage on the feeding schedule. I think I’m going to cut down on all the liquid fertilizers. I bought every one they offered and I think it is just overkill at this point.
Should be water only if they’re not done. What do the trichs look like?
When I used the GH trio I switched to equal doses of micro, gro and bloom (2.25ml of each I think) when I started seeing the first pistils, kind of like transition nutes. After a week or so of that I went to the flowering blend.
Could this be fading? Day 90 sounds pretty ripe?
I’m on day 53 WW auto no flowers yet. I would be lost trying to follow that schedule.
From the pics it looks pretty good. Sometimes it’s called painting the nails.
Would like to see a pic of the whole plant. I ran a Bruce banner auto and they can grow to be a beast
My last BBA took 152 days seed to harvest and never produced amber.
Tiger Bloom has some nitrogen in it, but it is more of a phosphorus fertilizer, which is why they say to use it throughout flower. NPK is 2-8-4. 2 nitrogen, 8 phosphorus, 4 potassium. Autos generally need less ferts than photos.
Plant looks good. Some painted nails and canoeing leaves, but healthy. Any whole plant pics or trich shots?
It is my first grow, I thought the colas would become a lot more dense but it looks like I might have done something that affected the growth of the buds in some way.
I just attached some pictures below of the whole plant. It is very skinny in my opinion
Wow!! Beautiful plant. I thought mine would look more like this but unfortunately it is super skinny and not dense at all with the buds.
If i remember right the BBA is 10 to 12 week flowering time. Is your 90 days flowering time or total grow time.
~Bruce Banner autoflowering plants will take about 10 to 14 weeks from seed to harvest. Expect yields indoors of around 5 to 6 ounces per plant with these plants. They stay short and bushy, so they’re perfect for a shorter indoor grow space.~ILGM~
Mine really started bulking up the last 3 to 4 weeks.
