That will pull way too much chlorophyll out and make your concentrate taste nasty. You won’t get more thc out, you’ll just break down the plant matter more.

I do have a question re: final purge. Currently the oil is on a silicon surface and is very sticky, is best to let it dry open air with air current or protected, in a semi-covered container, from dust and debris?

When I ordered the gizmo, I joined a facebook group. Many would complain of vacuum leaks from poor seals. I suggested greasing the seals, norm for organic chemistry…chick almost had a coronary!

I put a cookie cooling rack over it and cover with cheesecloth or paper towel

Sorry I’m late, been on the road, but like others have said, I’d let it air dry for a couple of days, maybe put a small fan on it. Then enjoy it!! Looks good
