Can the trichs stay all cloudy for a few days before turning amber?

Hi!

I’ve got an auto, 28 days flowering~
Flowering time is supposed to be 56 days~

The trichs are all cloudy (or seem so) since yesterday.

Can the trichs stay cloudy for a few days or will they start to amber soon? (in a day or two).

Asking because I have a rippen nut and i’m not sure when to use it (15 days before harvest).

Pistils are 30%~ brown (40/50% on big buds, 20/30% on small ones).

Thank you!

You’ve got a minimum of 4 weeks left. Maybe 5 from the looks of your buds.
You have to wait for all of the white hairs to darken and recede back into the buds before checking trics.

Not sure what you mean.

Well I mean it s stated to be used 15 days before harvest, but looking at the trichs i m not sure if i m 15 days away from harvest or further.

You’re further than 15 days out. Disregard trichome condition until majority of your pistils are turning.

Hi no they can be very slow to change. Some will amber, new clear ones will be produced, then you’ll probably have a mix soon, of clear + white + ambers.
Ripening nutes… dunno… I agree with their timeline. check in again in about a week or often.

Once the bruising goes away I’d wait a couple more days. Sit on it or piss the wife off? :face_with_head_bandage:

Couldn’t resist, only because I had no clue until I read the other responses before I figured out ripening nute
