Bud wash after already drying?

Hey all!!! So my ma had a couple plants growing outside and she wanted me to take care of the trim and curing and such. They turned out pretty solid but she did not do a bud wash after chopping. They have been drying for about 3 or 4 days now but I’m worried without the wash they won’t turn out super great.

So my question is… what can I do to get rid of any of the dust and bugs and stuff that come from the outdoors after they’ve already started drying??? Or do I just leave them as is and just roll with it???

Personally I would roll with it , heck back in the day we didn’t wash no buds from outside dryed them and smoked.
Good luck

That’s kinda what I was thinking. But I know everyone nowadays does the bud wash with outdoors and I figured I’d try and stay hip and with the times hahaha

Shouldnt wash once partially dry.

I do a bud wash every harvest. Have since the first. You should try it. Take your wash water and run it through a 25 micron screen. You will be amazed at what comes off your buds. Take out your microscope. Its gross. I live in AZ so its pretty dusty, even indoors where I grow.
