Hi all, does this look like bud rot ? At first glance these buds look like they going brown, but when I break them open the main stems and bud stalks are still green.
At 3 full months ( auto Zkittles and Gelato )since breaking ground, some trichomes are still clear but mostly cloudy with some ambers on the sugar leaves. I don’t want to waste my time harvesting / drying them when I should actually be destroying them… ( I am so over these 5 autos LOL )

It certainly appears to be a bit of discolouration in that last pic where you opened the bud up.
That tan brown and greyish colour on the fan leaf stem.
You can spray with a hydrogen peroxide and water mix 50/50 before you remove it.
That’ll help keep the spores from spreading as much.

@Oldguy Thanks, I have the H2o2 ready to give these plants a bath before drying if I don’t decide to turf them. They have WPM on them too so a bath will definitely be necessary

Bud rot under magnification looks like it has webs… I see some kind of discoloration on the last couple pics 
but doesn’t quite look like rot to me
