I’m not seeing mold or bud rot. Have you pried the buds open to see how the inside looks.

@beardless yes sir i didnt see mold…but the brown is spooking me also no smell at all been drying 3 days at 70f fan at the wall buds feel crisp but stems dont snap yet

Most likely. Could be green, could be purple. You ever get any of the “tex-mex” pressed stuff back in the day? Some of that stuff was almost totally brown, but it didn’t have mold or rot. You’d have seen rot as soon as you cut into that bud if it was there. Can’t miss it.

That’s that gas. It’s a god thing. There are rap songs about it. You’ll get more familiar smells once you cure it. My zkittles worried me bc it didn’t have much smell. Didn’t take long curing to change that. It’s been in grove bags since August and that familiar smell will still knock you down when you open one of the bags.

Break the buds open and post the pics. You’ll probably know right away if it’s mold or rot.

Agreed. Google search bud rot and you’ll know what to look for. Can’t miss it.

is the brown of bud rot.
It is gooey like slime in the center.

That is how it is supposed to smell and how it got it’s name.
