Mold or Bud rot?

Hey guys, first grower with a problem and only an hour until lights off.
I noticed a browning sugar leaf on one of my ladies and started to look around only to find a spot that looks to my unexperienced eyes like bud rot or mold:

I cut off some bud right in front of it. It is sticky and smells crazy like weed and not moldy

Speedy replies are appreciated since i only have an 1h until lights off and need to know what to do

Talking about the main stem in the middle also tried a cotton swab and sniffing a little but just weed smell to me

Do the brown sugar leaves pull out easly? It looks like bud rot to me.

@Flitme Weirdly enough the brown sugar leaf isnt coming off easy

but it definitely was bud rot. Had to take up some scissors:

Cut off generously around the area but every snip hurt inside.

But you can see that the stem is infected. I swabbed it with ear sticks and alcohol since i didnt have time to make a baking soda solution like i read. Didn´t see any other areas infected.

Tomorrow i have to inspect the other 2. Let´s hope the scissors wont be needed

Any advice on what to do? Like i said first timer. I know i need to lower RH but it´s also very hot where i live ATM and my dehumidifier will raise temps to over 30°C (86°F)
