Not sure how helpful this might be, but here’s an ILGM banana kush auto that is 9 weeks tomorrow from seed. I estimate 5 to 6 weeks to go which will put it at 14 or 15 weeks. It’s under a cmh 315. My buddy whom gave this seedling to me has two under an hlg 350r, and his looks about like yours, so maybe led takes a little longer?

That’s for a photo plant, if you haven’t grown a few autos, defoliation on autos is risky! I experiment with all the not to do to auto plants and have stunted a few pushing their short time frame between sprouting and flowering. I defoliate/pluck autos but have learned to be selective

That HLG is a superior LED light and not a good comparison.

I had 2 ILGM Banana Kush autos in my last grow. Every other strain was in full flower and the 2 BK’s weren’t even pre flowering yet. They ended up taking 15 weeks, but the yield and quality I got was well worth the wait. Be patient and you’ll be rewarded, lol!

with the exception of one of those plants, all of these are ILGM banana kush autos. the 3 bigger ones in the back are at 58 days today (8 weeks and 2 days) above soil. My first grow was the same, ILGM bk auto’s and it took them roughly 12 weeks. these plants were from the same seed lot number as my first grow.

Update: currently 2 days away from the start of week 9 and I have some yellowing on fan leaves. Any ideas on this? Buds starting to form a bit more but nothing impressive yet.

Bro you need to check your neuits looks like burn on your leafs and how close are your lights and what strength are you feeding them???
I don’t use any nutes. Lights at 16” away from canopy (can’t raise the light any higher). I use distilled water which can strip nutrients. Week 9 today
The distilled water is neutral and PH of 7.0, soil grow should be 6.5-6.8. The leaves seem to be showing lack of nutrients like magnesium and showing some phosphorus deficiency. I would start adding nutrients, epson salt will help with magnesium. Flowering stage requires less nitrogen and more P&K. Do you have calmag? The brown spots lead me to believe a calcium deficiency plus the magnesium

I have the fox farm trio pack but I was nervous to use them and accidentally over do it. I added 1/4 tsp of Tiger bloom to one of the plants to see how she reacts.

That’s a good start for the FF trio. It’s notorious for salt build up around the root zone and should be flushed every 30 days or so. FF actually makes a flushing product called sledgehammer but PH’d water with calmag works as well.

Your banana kush look a lot like mine. I’ve had a hell of a time with brown spots on leaves. I couldn’t stop it no matter what I tried. My plant looks terrible, but it’s budding. I’ll never grow another one of these though. I’ve never had brown spots on leaves before.

Yeah I’m not sure what’s going on with these but I’m about to start week 10 and don’t have anywhere near the same size buds as you. Small pots and 600w light might not be enough.

That’s good to know! How long will you let them go before it’s just a waste of time? I don’t want to have these go for another 6 weeks and not get results
Pretty sure you are counting differently here.
If “week 10” is since sprout and “9 1/2 weeks” is since flower, that easily explains “don’t have anywhere near the same size buds”.
It may actually be a little longer than that but I can almost guarantee you will get results as long as you get them healthy.
Have you added cal-mag yet as @OGIncognito suggested yesterday?
Sorry, I miss counted my weeks. Mine is on day 73 from breaking ground.
Oct 11 seeds were planted, Oct 15 sprouted. I added a small amount of tiger bloom from FF, and trimmed off a couple dead fan leaves. I have the trio pack from fox farm, should I add all three or just get cal mag? The measurements do not make sense for how small of a set up I’m working with and I was nervous to over do it with the nutes.
1 gallon pots, small tent (plants currently getting too tall and no idea how to stunt the growth at this point)
