Not familiar with those but you can figure about half strength what they recommend and then scale it down for how much you use. They probably give instructions based on a gallon but if you don’t need a whole gallon at a time, make quarts at a time.
Those are small to work with for sure but you can pull the tallest branches over and bend them as much as they will allow, then tie them to the edge of the pot with a long string or wire.
If you are brave, you could try your hand at supercropping where you actually “crush the stem” and then bend the branch over sharply.
I think I’m willing to experiment on one of the two plants, I’d like to go through and prune/trim up fab leaves and small branches that don’t have real buds on them. Is that a riskier move than super cropping? I will definitely be topping my next grow to avoid this situation again
About anything, really, is risky at this late stage of flower including letting them ride.
I spaced on that detail. That is most likely why they are stretching so much and why your buds aren’t better developed. You can expect something to smoke but it will most likely be light and airy like swiss cheese.
My tent is only 5’ tall, I didn’t think I would need much more than 600w and assumed 1000w would be too much for such a small space. I had issues my last grow (with blurple light) keeping the tent under 80° which is why I switched to this light.
Any ideas for how long it should be until I see results from using the nutes?
Thanks for all the help btw y’all, need to learn as much as I can
That is just a model number. T-600 is 100w actual draw, the T-1000 is 150w.
I run 2 T-1000s in a 32x32 tent and it is barely enough for 2 plants in flower.
Not really.
Veg a little longer typically, like 4-5 weeks and I have not had one to flower more than 6-8 weeks.
Hang drying, one week give or take a couple of days.
For me, burping is no longer required as I use Grove Bags now.
Just curious why you’re using distilled ? Other than that I think your plant looks healthy and Ive droop in autos before when my lights went off. Possible over/under water or humidity issues. Lots of lettuce on that girl
I figured distilled is the most consistent and I dont have to mess with getting the perfect PH every time I water the plants. Im not sure I’ll do it again for the next grown but so far its going well.
This is only my second grow so any advice is welcome. Next grow I will only do 1 plant, add another light, and top the plants early so I dont have to worry about the plants getting too tall. Nutes still make me nervous with the measurements and accidentally over doing it.
Very cool. Yes, I thought of the same idea however I found that using natural spring water was best for me since I’m growing in a ph’d water only soil. That way they’re still getting some minerals and I don’t have to pH. I did Initially check the pH of the spring water to make sure it wasn’t way out there. Thanks for your response. What strains are you doing ? I just finished up a zkittles & wedding cake auto & getting ready to drop a couple banana Kush autos.
First grow was skittlez and it was terrible lol I did everything wrong, this grow is Banana Kush autos. So far so good it seems, I just need more patience lol
Yeah. From what I hear, the BK takes a long time to finish. I just harvested a zkittles at 74 days from pop. I was hoping to go longer, but I was at about 30% Amber trikes so I had to Harvest. I’ll drop my BK auto beans as soon as my Harvest dries enough to jar since I’m drying in my tent
What kind of tap #’s do you have. Distilled water is stripped of minerals so supplementing calmag is needed. Disregard that, saw you switched to spring water
These ARE ILGM critical mass autos starting their 9th week above ground today.
Using jack pure and simple -distilled or rainwater under budget LED lights w/samsung diodes and meanwell drivers.nutrients and water ph are really important. My second grow with with the advise of these guysin here
