Auto’s and feminized in same grow?

Saw that someone here mentioned starting auto’s and feminized seeds at the same time. This sounds like a great idea to me.
Have the 2.5x2.5 tent and was thinking of 3 of my master kush fem and 3 auto at same time. My thinking being the autos will be done at the same time the feminized are taking over the canopy.
I also have the Auto 2.0 seeds from ilgm which has th bubble gum, Jack Herer, and og kush strains in it. Would any 1 of these be best for what I’m thinking or could I do 1 of each? Any thoughts on this.
Thanks

I’ve seen some of my friends grow autos and photos together but most of them start the autos let em get 5-6 weeks old then pop the photos so that the autos finish at the same time the photos are ready to switch to 12/12 for flower

Actually how they do it is start the autos when their current photos are about halfway through flower so that when the photos are done they start the next photos and the autos are already 5-6 weeks old. This is my plan to try, I just started flower on my photos so I’ll start my autos in about a month

Thanks MeEasy. Should be able to figure it out with this information.
Am using 2 gal fabric pots for the autos and 3 gal for the photos. Does this seem OK?

It depends on how large of a plant you want to grow and whether you are in soil, coco, or a mix. Personally I use 5 gallon fabric for photos and will be using 3 gallon for autos. I grow in soil and want about 3 foot photos and 2 foot autos

@kushion

I start my two autos and two photos at the same time. Autos finish up earlier leave room for the photos. Start with 18/6 light schedule and finish up the Autos on12/12 after flip. Pick Autos that are quick finisher. My experience with Jack Herer takes a little longer.

Those autos in the background look awesome. Hard to be sure from a picture but it looks like I’d be happy with my photos looking that good.
Do you have a grow journal I could learn more about what you’re doing?

my HPS will only kick in for 12h… The led is on 2h before the HPS and turns off 2h after the HPS.
saves me some energy.

What strain auto.

Easy bud… I thought being my first indoor grow I’m going with something sturdy and forgiving, i wasn’t expecting them to be so big and rewarding…

Have 4 GSCXtreme in a new 2X4 tent. Have the AC infinity 4” fan.
Bought 2 new lights, Viparspectra XS1500 for the 2.5X2.5 tent, and the XS2000 for the 4X2.
Have a couple questions. 2 of the autos in the 4X2 see to be weak and wimpy, whereas the other 2 are doing well. The 2 weak are in 2 gal pots as is one of the strong. The other strong is in a 3 gal pot. Been using Dyna grow nutes as they recommend on their feed chart.
Planning on putting the strong one in a 3 gal that is now in a 2 gal. Am in week 8 of this grow, been in flower for 3 weeks.
Question is can I save the 2 duds? 1 of the 2 strong flowered hard and early, the other strong started flower 4 days ago and is moving along nicely.
The duds are not showing signs of kicking into flowering.
Any ideas, they just seem wimpy like they are going to fall over. The stalks look OK, but the leaf stems are thin and limp.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the tag , I wouldn’t give up on the smaller plants, Autos will start flowering at different times. My Autos I like to go from a seed starter cups to their final home. If possible post a picture for more feedback.

Thanks for the tag. I don’t think I’ll be much help as I’ve never grown autos. I will say a picture would probably be quite helpful.

Post some pics so we can see what’s up.

What kind of autos? I’ve been getting mostly large plants from mine. Here’s 2 in a 4×4 in 3 gallon pots. Plan accordingly.
